Not always — we welcome people who are new to care as well as experienced professionals. Where experience isn't essential, we provide the training you need to get started confidently. Very. You can choose flexible shifts that fit around your availability, or consistent regular hours if you prefer — you tell us what works for you. We place carers across Hampshire, West Sussex and the surrounding areas, in residential homes, nursing homes and supported living services. Successful candidates complete an enhanced DBS check, right-to-work verification and references. We guide you through every step of onboarding. Once your onboarding is complete you'll be ready to start accessing shifts — no CV is needed to begin, just a friendly chat.
